All prices are in New Zealand Dollars. 

Prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur, and we reserve the right to make changes without notice.

The availability information on our website provided by Boneface Brewing is the most accurate information we have, but errors do happen, and this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability. 
 
 

GST  
All prices on this site include GST (15% Goods and Services Tax). 

 

Payment Methods
We only accept payment in NZD (New Zealand Dollars). 
Prices are subject to change without notice. 

We do not accept payment via telephone, orders must be completed online. 
 
 

Changes and errors  
We do our best for 100% accuracy; however, mistakes do occur.  
Product availability, pricing and offers subject to change without prior notification.  
We reserve the right to make any changes without notice. 

 

Alcohol 
At Boneface Brewing, we require any purchaser or acceptor of alcohol purchased to confirm they are aged 18 years or older. It is against the law to sell, supply or provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. The customer also warrants that he/she is not under the influence of alcohol at the time the order is submitted.  

 

Online Orders and Shipping
Orders placed and prior to 1pm, Monday - Friday and in Stock, we will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed anytime Saturday or Sunday and in stock, will ship on the following Monday.  

We ship via Post Haste, with Rural area taking an extra couple of days for delivery. 

  • North Island delivery (not including Rural delivery) will take approx. 1-2 working days.

  • South Island delivery (not including Rural Delivery) will take approx. 2-3 working days.

These times are a guideline only and Boneface reserved the right to change or modify at any time. 

Orders without a NZ address will NOT be shipped; however we will contact you via email for a NZ delivery address. 

Stocks may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange. 
Products may be discontinued or limited release, Boneface reserves the right to discontinue any product.  
This information does not constitute a guarantee.  

 

Complaints and Returns
Any complaints will be handled quickly, efficiently, and will be confidential.  
We will respond to any complaints within 5 working days and keep the customer up to date with progress. 

If you have returns, please return the items to us within 7 days of delivery, in the original condition and packaging and we will refund or exchange.  Any refunds will be the price of item, not including delivery charge. 
Please be aware that any returns sent back to Boneface, postage will be the responsibility of the customer/purchaser. 

Please email us prior to sending items back, and we will issue you a returns number. 
All returns must be sent back on a trackable courier. 

 

Law and Jurisdiction  
Boneface Brewing Company Limited - NZ Company Number 6046127, Trading as Boneface Brewing Company, located at Unit 14, 27 Blenheim Street, Upper Hutt, is the holder of a Liquor License OF0036. Any sales of alcohol made via this internet site will be made on that liquor license. The applicable law for transactions for the purchase of alcohol on this internet site are the laws of New Zealand. The Laws of Sale and contract by any other country do not apply. By placing an order with us you accept that the ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon payment and dispatch of the goods from our warehouse. All product will arrive to you Duty and GST Paid. You will not be liable for any additional charges.

Boneface Brewing is not responsible under any legal theory for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages because of (i) delay in delivery, (ii) availability of products, (iii) personal injury arising from products purchased from us or (iv) failure of performance of any product purchased from us.
